This development was remarkably efficient, finishing three months ahead of schedule and under budget by over $300,000, accounting for 7% of the overall cost. Originally budgeted at $4,300,000, the project is now valued at $7,960,000, thanks to favorable rental rates, revenue, and demographic cap rates.
Silver Stone Homes expertly rezoned the vacant land, constructed the apartments, and currently manages the property. They partnered with two silent equity partners who share in the dividends. This strategic collaboration and effective project management have significantly contributed to the Westbrook Apartments’ success and increased value.
