Comprising three 12-plex buildings, this campus-style development was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, showcasing our unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency.

Trace Timmer

Trace earned his bachelor’s degree in Constructional Engineering from Montana State University in 2016. Shortly returning to Great Falls to start his career in the Real Estate and the Construction industry, he found passion for bettering his hometown by adding and developing new properties for his community. Trace specializes in Project Management and Land Development for Multi-Family Apartments in the broader Great Falls region. Over the past eight years, Trace has cultivated meaningful connections and gained valuable experience collaborating with city officials, real estate investors, and developers.

Kirk Timmer

Kirk is a seasoned real estate builder and developer with over 25 years of experience in overseeing successful construction projects by taking them from the drawing board to completion.
With a proven track record of integrity and demand for perfection, he prides himself on the quality and perfection of all projects, long-term partnerships with engineers, architects, contractors, real estate, and other integral players in the family housing market throughout central Montana. 
Having a long-standing reputation as one of the top builders and developers in Central Montana, he prides himself in the work and quality units and homes he produces.

Trevan Timmer

Trevan has been in construction and real estate since 2014. Construction andjobsitestate have been ingrained in him since he was young, growing up going to his father’s job sites. Trevan specializes in account management, financials, and general construction management. He has a passion for growing Great Falls and bettering his community. He is active on jobsites to ensure quality and timelines are achieved.
